As Chief Operating Officer of Indigenized Energy, she oversees internal operations, strategic planning, and organizational systems, with a strong emphasis on strengthening human resources practices, building organizational infrastructure, and supporting the growth of a values driven workforce to advance community centered clean energy solutions.

She brings a strong background in human resources, executive leadership, and organizational development, with experience supporting tribally operated, federally supported behavioral health and treatment programs, along with other mission-driven initiatives. Known for her collaborative and culturally grounded approach, Darla focuses on building effective teams, fostering healthy workplace environments, and aligning operations with community priorities to create sustainable, long-term impact.
