Darla Dick, a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, brings nearly two decades of experience in operational leadership, human resources strategy, and community-driven program development dedicated to advancing Indigenous self-determination. At the tribal level, she has strengthened internal systems, led multidisciplinary teams, and expanded access to culturally responsive care. Nationally, Darla has partnered with Tribal nations to design and grow health care facilities rooted in local values, focusing on sustainable HR strategies and operational planning. As Director of Operations at Indigenized Energy, she applies this breadth of experience to guide internal systems and cross-functional teams, helping the organization advance sustainable, community-led energy solutions grounded in Indigenous values and sovereignty.
