Kevin Arocho

Kevin Arocho is a licensed electrical contractor in Connecticut and serves as Director of Technical Operations and Training at Indigenized Energy. He leads solar and energy-storage deployments on Native lands, focusing on systems that are reliable, maintainable, and built to serve communities for generations. Working closely with tribal leadership, local contractors, and trainees, he helps ensure projects align with each Nation’s priorities, values, and long-term goal of energy sovereignty.

Workforce development is central to Kevin’s work. He emphasizes training, knowledge transfer, and technical confidence so communities are equipped not only to host clean-energy systems, but to own, operate, and sustain them. This approach reflects Indigenized Energy’s commitment to building local capacity and long-term self-reliance.

Before joining Indigenized Energy, Kevin held leadership roles in the solar and battery storage industry, managing field-service operations across residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems. He leads with respect, accountability, and collaboration, guided by Indigenized Energy’s mission to support Native Nations in shaping their own clean-energy futures.
